Spring is beautiful here in the woods as the trillium, wood violets and ferns pop up while the maple and oak trees leaf out overhead. The woodland walking paths beckon, irresistibly. And a little farther afield, rural bicycling from our driveway affords exhilarating country pleasures, as fields and woodlands come alive with green. The beautifully scenic Chippewa Valley and Red Cedar bike trails are nearby so make your reservations early to assure the dates of your choice.

Only 1 1/2 hours east of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota in scenic Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the peacefulness of The Atrium Bed and Breakfast awaits you. The home is nestled on 15 wooded acres that abound with Wisconsin wildlife braving our winter crispness: whitetail deer, chickadees, woodpeckers (downy, hairy, red bellied and pileated, too), nuthatches, cardinals and a pair of Barred owls. Snowshoe the winding trails through the woods along Otter Creek or stay cozy with a complimentary glass of wine in front of the fire. The Atrium B&B is wheelchair accessible.
